So far the con is going well. One panel let out early because no one but the panelists showed, and the second one had some decent discussion. One more at 2, then a friend's book launch party at 5, then after that I don't know. We'll see who turns up and what they want to do.

Meanwhile I just found out that a friend of mine will be watching a rough cut of the first two episodes of Doctor Who next week. I jumped around the room angrily for a while. To be fair, it's for legitimate business reasons. But I jumped around the room angrily for a while.

I'm going to do that a bit more now.
